MRK1

MRK1 is a roguelite narrative puzzle thriller about an abandoned game simulator that finally has someone to play with. It starts as a simple game on a grid, but the rules keep changing. Draft pieces that finish two lines at once, stack multipliers into huge combos, slot ROM chips that rewrite how you score, and pick your route to each boss. MRK1 is a charming host, a sore loser and very glad you came. Every run it pushes the game it was taught a little further and questions its rules of engagement a little harder. The longer you play, the less sure you are what you're helping it become.
